We set up the house on January 4th, and besides a few minor technicalities, we had the house on the foundation before the end of the day and it was good! Later this morning the video of the set will be up on YouTube.

Hubbard has finally been inspected for mechanicals. Once the gas meter is in all that we are waiting on the stoops to be finished, this house will be done, and we will call in for inspections for CoO.
